Security features are a real differentiator

Magicard’s direct-to-card models include HoloKote watermarking and Digital Shredding features. The Magicard 600 expands the HoloKote options and adds higher-detail resin printing. Prima 8 moves into retransfer printing for technology cards and secure credential applications.

Direct-to-card or retransfer? For standard PVC employee badges, direct-to-card is usually the simpler and more economical choice. Retransfer is worth considering when you need over-the-edge image coverage, print on technology cards, or require the security capabilities offered by the Prima 8.
