Non-Custom Defective Product

100% refundable If you have a non-custom defective product that you need to return.  Please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days at 1-800-560-8158 to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA). A customer service representative will be happy to help you with any issue concerning your order. No returns will be accepted past 30 days of delivery though so please contact us soon after you get your order if you have any issue. 

 Custom Defective Product 

100% refundable if your custom product is defective or we have made a mistake and customized in a manner other than the proof that was approved for production please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days at 1-800-560-8158 to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA). A customer service representative will be happy to help you with any issue concerning your order. Otherwise all custom products are non-refundable or exchangeable. In a case of our error we will 100% refund your purchase or reproduce the job at no extra cost, whichever you prefer. Don't worry, we want to do it right for you the first time.

Non-Custom Product Exchanges

100% exchange of non-defective products. Please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days at 1-800-560-8158 to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA). A customer service representative will be happy to help you with any issue concerning your order. No returns will be accepted past 30 days of delivery though so please contact us soon after you get your order if you have any issue. Shipping charges to and from the customer will not be refunded for non-defective products unless we shipped product in error while filling your order.
