Non-Custom Product Shipping

All non-custom orders placed before 12:00pm EST Monday thru Thursday will ship the same day unless the product is out of stock or you are paying by check without pre-approved credit terms. Weekend orders, will ship the following business day.

If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within two business days or the time frame stated on the product page a customer service representative will contact you and advise you of your options.

Some orders may be split shipped directly from a manufacturer and arrive separately from the rest of the order. This is done in an effort to keep the customer from having to wait for the product to arrive at our facility and then ship to the customer.

Custom Product Shipping

Custom products will ship in the range of time stated on the custom product page after a final proof has been approved for production by the customer. This is very important to remember if you have a critical time deadline. A proof can only be created if we have acceptable artwork and/or all the information we need. If we have to wait on artwork or critical information for your job, it time adds to the total time before we can produce and ship your custom product. All that being said, don't worry, we will contact you promptly if there is a hold up and help you resolve any problems. 


SHIPPING NOTE: All online shipping quotes are for best way ground shipping in the contiguous United States. It does not apply to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico. Contact Us for an accurate shipping quote to these areas.
