Shipping & Returns



All custom product sales are final. We go to great lengths with our free of charge proof process to make sure the customer gets the custom product they want the way they want it. Obviously a custom product cannot be restocked and sold to another customer. For this reason, we must insist that all custom product sales are final.

All non-custom orders placed before 1:00pm EST Monday thru Friday will usually ship the same day unless the product is out of stock or you are paying by check/money order. All other orders, including weekend orders, will ship the following business day.

If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within a reasonable amount of time a customer service representative will contact you and advise you of your options.

Some orders may be split shipped directly from a manufacturer and arrive separately from the rest of the order. This is done in an effort to keep the customer from having to wait for the product to arrive at our facility and then ship to the customer.


Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we All Things Identification have a strict RETURN policy for any product. All custom products are non-refundable. If you have a non-custom product that you need to return please call us as soon as possible within 30 days at 1-800-560-8158 to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA). A customer service representative will be happy to help you with any issue concerning your order. No returns will be accepted past 30 days of delivery.  Shipping charges to and from the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances unless we shipped product in error while filling your order.
